General Manager Assistant

responsibilities：

1. Assist the General Manager in coordinating departmental tasks and handling daily operations.

2. Collect and stay informed about the work progress of each department, assist the General Manager in coordinating business-related tasks across departments, monitor the company’s key activities, and provide recommendations or suggestions to support the General Manager’s decision-making.

3. Assist the General Manager in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with external entities such as government agencies or public institutions, and oversee company reception duties.

4. Develop strategic plans for assigned projects in line with the company’s overall strategy, and establish and improve operational systems for projects, marketing, logistics, and other areas.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership.

requirements：

1. Nationality: Vietnamese. Gender: Female. Must have studied Chinese in China, be proficient in Mandarin, aged around 25–35, with a pleasant appearance and demeanor. Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields, from a full-time undergraduate program.

2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in education informatization, smart campus, or related fields). Proficient in common office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong writing skills.

3. Diligent, detail-oriented, disciplined, methodical, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

4. Able to handle high-pressure work environments, with strong problem-solving skills, independent working ability, task execution skills, and exceptional drive.

5. Possess a good understanding of various industries, keen thinking, and strong interpersonal and team-building skills.

6. Broad knowledge base with some management experience; able to quickly grasp knowledge related to the company’s business and demonstrate strong learning ability.

7. Hold a Vietnamese driver’s license and be capable of driving independently.
