responsibilities： 1. New Product Introduction (NPI) & Technical Program Management Drive cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality) to manage the full lifecycle of new product introduction, from project initiation to mass production. Ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and at high quality. 2. Executive Partnership & Strategic Enablement Serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to the Division Leader, supporting strategic planning, decision-making, and execution of key initiatives. Manage communication across the organization, escalate key issues, and present solutions and risk mitigations to executive teams. Chair and moderate high-level meetings, especially in English-speaking environments. Coach and empower senior executives to enhance their English presentation and communication skills. 3. Client & Stakeholder Management Manages all professional client hosting and comprehensive communication. Aims to build trust with international clients and partners through consistent, proactive engagement and collaboration, fostering outstanding cooperative relationships. requirements： IF You Are: -A Native English speaker. -An Project Coordinator with Experience. You Will: -Lead project meetings in English and track end-to-end progress. -Coach & Enable Senior Executives in business English and international communication. -Serve as the key bridge between the factory and the international customers/business partners. -Have substantial opportunities to learn the new products knowledge and cutting age manufacturing technology.
