Job Description

responsibilities: 1. Drive Localization Strategy: Develop and execute market-specific plans for Germany and France, covering feature adaptation, content localization, and cultural alignment. Track KPIs to optimize results. 2. Product Adaptation: Collaborate with product teams to refine features, interfaces, and compliance for European users. Advocate for user needs in product iterations. 3. User Insights: Conduct qualitative/quantitative research (e.g., interviews, surveys) to uncover pain points and opportunities. Deliver actionable reports to guide strategy. 4. Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Act as the liaison between European markets and China-based teams. Ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments. 5. Content Excellence: Oversee localization of product documentation, app copy, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance. 6. Performance Analysis: Monitor metrics like user retention and satisfaction. Use data to refine strategies and produce roadmaps. requirements: Must-Haves: - Fluent German and French (spoken/written) for precise localization. - Strong English or Mandarin for cross-team communication. - Product Mindset: Ability to translate user feedback into actionable improvements. - Research Skills: Proficiency in at least one research method (e.g., focus groups, surveys). - Smart Home Passion: Willingness to master technical product details. - Collaboration: Thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments. Preferred: - Experience in European localization for tech/consumer electronics. - Knowledge of EU regulations (e.g., GDPR, product certifications). - Basic data analysis skills. - Prior product operations experience.
