responsibilities: Manage the President's dynamic schedule, including meetings, business travel arrangements, and cross-time zone coordination. Draft and edit high-stakes documents (emails, reports, presentations) ensuring alignment with American business standards. Serve as the primary contact for internal/external stakeholders, representing the President in professional communications and relationship management. Coordinate executive meetings, prepare briefing materials, follow up on action items, and drive decision-making. Handle confidential information with strict compliance to data privacy protocols. Proactively anticipate needs, optimize workflows, and resolve scheduling conflicts. Support special projects including event organization, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. Act as a cultural bridge, advising on American business practices to enhance global collaboration. requirements: Must be a foreign national (non-Chinese citizen) holding a valid passport from the United States or another country where American English is the primary native language. Native-level fluency in American English with mastery of U.S. business culture, etiquette, and communication norms (non-American English backgrounds will not be considered). Minimum 1 year of executive support experience, with proven track record supporting C-suite executives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack). Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multitask under tight deadlines in high-pressure environments. Eligible for Chinese work visa sponsorship (company-provided). Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; experience in finance/technology/consulting; familiarity with Chinese business culture (non-essential).
