Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for functional, performance, and security testing of software products; developing test cases, plans, and reports; managing test environments and resources to ensure product quality. 2. Assist the Technical Director in promoting project operations, tracking progress, coordinating resources, monitoring key metrics; participate in formulating technical operation strategies and provide optimization suggestions. 3. Act as a communication bridge between the Technology department and other departments; organize cross-departmental meetings, facilitate information flow, and promote issue resolution to enhance team collaboration and product improvement. 4. Establish a problem feedback mechanism, categorize and organize internal/external issues and promote timely resolutions; track issue handling progress and verify effectiveness. 5. Participate in optimizing testing processes and methodologies; learn new industry technologies and tools; assist in training new employees; complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors. requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above; computer-related major preferred. 2. Candidates with product/design experience or CPC membership during academic years are preferred. 3. Strong communication and coordination skills, learning ability, and team spirit.
