Job Requirements

1. Required major: Instrument Science and Technology or related fields;

Obtaining a doctoral degree usually takes three years, and the age is generally no more than 35 years old.

3. Possess good research potential, academic ethics and comprehensive abilities;

4. Engage in full-time research work at school.

Compensation and benefits

Special Funding Category A: The university allocates personnel expenses at a standard of 300,000 yuan per year, with an additional 100,000 yuan per year from the college or supervisor, and a monthly housing subsidy of 1,800 yuan.

Key Funding Category B: The school allocates personnel expenses at a standard of 200,000 yuan per year, with an additional 100,000 yuan per year from the college or supervisor as matching funds, and a monthly housing subsidy of 1,800 yuan.

Support and guarantee

Be eligible for talent subsidies in Changsha City as per policy (including living allowances and housing purchase subsidies ranging from 90,000 to 160,000 yuan).

During the period of being at the station, the school will calculate the working years. For postdoctoral researchers without previous work experience, the time of starting to work will be calculated from the date of entering the station.

Introduction to the Co-supervisor

Wen Yizhang, male, associate professor, doctoral supervisor, "Yuelu Scholar" Morning Star Position A, Doctor of Engineering, deputy director of the department, and the head of the Environmental Information Perception and Application Laboratory. He is a national second-level athlete in table tennis. In the past five years, he has presided over two national projects (Innovation Zone Project of the Central Military Commission's Science and Technology Commission and National Natural Science Foundation of China), two provincial and ministerial projects, and several horizontal projects. In the past five years, he has published more than ten SCI papers as the first or corresponding author. He serves as a young and middle-aged editorial board member of "China Tungsten Industry", a reviewer for top international journals, and a project reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China. In the past five years, he has applied for eight national invention patents, seven of which have been authorized. Several of his invention patents have been implemented and transferred.
