Job Requirements

Professional Requirements: A doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or other related fields from a well-known university or research institute.

Obtaining a doctoral degree usually takes three years, and the age is generally no more than 35 years old.

Compensation and benefits

Special Funding Category A: The university allocates personnel expenses at a standard of 300,000 yuan per year, plus matching funds from the college or supervisor, and a monthly housing allowance of 1,800 yuan.

Key Funding Category B: The university allocates personnel expenses at a standard of 200,000 yuan per year, plus matching funds from the college or supervisor, and a monthly housing allowance of 1,800 yuan.

For the C category of international joint training programs, the university allocates personnel funds at a standard of 200,000 yuan per year (including state subsidies) + additional funds from the college/mentor + funds from the foreign research group.

General Funding Category D: The university allocates personnel expenses at a standard of 120,000 yuan per year, plus matching funds from the college or supervisor, and a monthly housing allowance of 1,800 yuan.

Support and guarantee

Be eligible for talent subsidies in Changsha City as per policy (including living allowances and housing purchase subsidies ranging from 130,000 to 200,000 yuan).

During the period of stationing, the school calculates the working years. For postdoctoral researchers without previous working experience before entering the station, their working time is calculated from the date of entering the station.

3. Postdoctoral researchers are immediately rated as assistant researchers upon entry. The quota for recognizing associate researchers during the postdoctoral period is listed separately.

4. The university has specially established the "Outstanding Postdoctoral Fellow" award. Those who are selected can apply for teaching and research positions with tenure after completing their postdoctoral research.
