Job Requirements

Meet the postdoctoral recruitment conditions of Hunan University, have obtained a doctoral degree within three years, be no more than 35 years old, and engage in full-time postdoctoral research at the university.

Compensation and benefits

A Key Funding Category: 200,000 yuan per year for personnel expenses at the school level + 80,000 yuan per year for research funds at the college level (including supervisors) + 1,800 yuan per month for housing allowance.

General Funding Category B: 120,000 yuan per year for personnel expenses provided by the university, 30,000 yuan per year for research funds provided by the college (including the supervisor), and a monthly housing allowance of 1,800 yuan.

Be eligible for talent subsidies in Changsha City as per policy (including living allowances and housing purchase subsidies ranging from 130,000 to 200,000 yuan).
