I. Introduction to the Institute of Electrical Research:

The Guangdong Institute of Electronic Information Engineering of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (referred to as "Institute of Electronic Research") was jointly established by the Dongguan Municipal People's Government, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China on August 17, 2007. It is the first university-city collaboration platform for industry-university-research cooperation of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, one of the first university-city collaboration platforms in Dongguan, and also a national technology transfer demonstration institution, a national-level technology enterprise incubator, a provincial-level industry-university-research cooperation innovation platform of Guangdong Province, and a first batch of new research and development institutions in Guangdong Province. It has been rated as excellent for the national technology enterprise incubator by the Ministry of Science and Technology for four consecutive years, and has been rated as excellent for the provincial-level technology enterprise incubator and innovation space by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology for eight consecutive years. It has developed into an important innovation platform for scientific and technological innovation and industrial cultivation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

II. Basic Conditions for Entering the Station:

In the past three years, one has obtained a doctoral degree or is about to obtain one (that is, one has already received the resolution of the doctoral dissertation defense).

2. Age should not exceed 35 years old; exceptionally outstanding candidates may be allowed to be up to 40 years old.

3. Possessing strong research capabilities and development potential, having a spirit of teamwork, and maintaining good physical and mental health.

III. Treatment upon Arrival at Station:

1. Salary and Benefits: Salary will be negotiated. Meanwhile, during the tenure at the position, one will be entitled to a living allowance of 400,000 RMB from Dongguan City.

2. If you choose to stay and work in Guangdong after leaving the province, you can apply for a subsidy of 500,000 yuan (to be applied for over 5 years).

3. Obtain national-level and provincial-ministerial-level research grants and receive corresponding financial support based on the project level.

4. Provide support in the application for the postdoctoral fund and various scientific research projects in Guangdong Province.

5. Provide support in the application of the talent policies of Guangdong Province and Dongguan City.
