Job Description
I. Introduction to the Academic Platform (1) The University of Electronic Science and Technology of China is located in Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan Province. It is directly under the Ministry of Education and is a "World-Class University and First-Class Discipline Construction University", a "985 Project" university, and a "211 Project" university. It is a comprehensive national key university covering all electronic-related disciplines, with its core being electronic information science and technology, engineering as the main focus, integration of science and technology, and coordinated development of science, engineering, management, liberal arts and medicine. The National Engineering Research Center of Electromagnetic Radiation Control Materials (NERC) was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2013 and is currently the only national-level engineering technology research and development platform in the field of electromagnetic radiation control materials in China. The center relies on the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China for construction, and is mainly engaged in technical research and development, engineering transformation and talent training of electromagnetic radiation control materials. The center has a high-level research team in the field of electromagnetic functional materials and an internationally leading research and testing platform for electromagnetic radiation control materials. It has obtained a number of technically advanced achievements internationally, including high-magnetic-loss electromagnetic absorption materials, microwave parameter testing systems, and rapid calculation methods for electromagnetic radiation characteristics. Introduction of the Academic Leader: Deng Longjiang, male, expert in electromagnetic functional materials, member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. He is currently a professor at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He has long been engaged in basic theoretical research, preparation technology development and engineering application research in the field of electromagnetic radiation control materials. He has made remarkable progress and realized industrialization in the thinning and ultra-wideband performance of electromagnetic radiation control materials, meeting the demands of major engineering tasks. As the first person in charge, he has won one National Technology Invention Award (2015) and two National Science and Technology Progress Awards (2008, 2018). (referred to as "the Company") was founded in 2008 and listed on the STAR Market of Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2024 with stock code 688708. The company is a major supplier of electromagnetic functional materials and structures (EMMS) in China, specializing in the R&D, testing, production and sales of EMMS. Its products fully cover stealth functional coating materials, stealth functional structural parts, stealth maintenance materials and electromagnetic compatibility materials. The company is situated in Cuiping District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, covering a land area of about 88 mu with a building area of around 100,000 square meters. Its subsidiaries include Chengdu Jiaqing Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Jiachi Kang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. The company’s products and technologies possess prominent advantages in low-frequency ultra-wideband, thin and lightweight design, multi-spectrum compatibility and other aspects, and have realized independent control of core key technologies. It has won 1 Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 First Prize of National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award, 2 First Prizes of Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 Second Prize of National Defense Technology Invention Award, 1 Second Prize of Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, and 1 Third Prize of National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award. Possess good political literacy and moral cultivation, abide by laws and regulations, and have no bad records such as violations of laws and disciplines. 2. In principle, no more than three years shall pass from doctoral degree conferral to thesis defense completion, or applicants are about to obtain a doctoral degree (i.e., have received the thesis defense approval resolution). 3. Age shall generally not exceed 35 years old. For exceptionally outstanding candidates or those required for special posts who meet national station-entry standards, the age limit may be appropriately relaxed upon application and approval. 4. Have strong research capabilities and development potential with high-level academic achievements during doctoral studies; proficient in English reading and writing, with experience in drafting research fund applications. 5.
