I. Introduction to the Institution

Sichuan Agricultural University is a national key university under the "211 Project" and a "Double First-Class" construction university, featuring biotechnology, with strengths in agricultural science and technology, and coordinated development of multiple disciplines. It has been awarded "Excellent" in the undergraduate teaching assessment by the Ministry of Education and is one of the two pilot universities in Sichuan Province's first batch of talent priority development zones.

To accelerate the construction of a world-class agricultural university with distinctive characteristics and international reputation, and to comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation, scientific research, and social service efficiency, the university is recruiting outstanding young doctors from home and abroad to engage in research work in its research stations.

### II. Recruitment Requirements

1. **Political stance and ethics**: Firm political stance, good professional ethics, physical and mental health, and able to engage in full-time postdoctoral research.

2. **Educational background**: Hold a doctoral degree obtained within no more than 3 years (including doctoral students who will obtain their doctoral degree within half a year). For those with academic qualifications and degrees obtained abroad, the *Foreign Academic Qualification and Degree Certification* issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Exchange of the Ministry of Education must be provided.

3. **Age limit**: Generally no more than 35 years old. For those in the field of humanities and social sciences or in urgently needed talent fields with outstanding research capabilities, the age limit may be appropriately relaxed.

4. **Academic achievements**: Outstanding research achievements, great development potential, and academic background meeting the requirements of the main disciplines of teaching and research units.

### III. Recruitment Types

Based on training objectives, funding sources, and evaluation criteria, the recruitment is divided into three types: university-appointed postdoctoral positions, research innovation postdoctoral positions, and supervisor-appointed postdoctoral positions.

1. **University-appointed postdoctoral positions**: Applicants should, in principle, have published papers as the first author in N2-level journals or as co-first author in N1-level journals.

2. **Research innovation postdoctoral positions**: Applicants must have published papers as the first author in N3-level or higher journals, with a paper index of 30 or above.

3. **Supervisor-appointed postdoctoral positions**: Applicants must have published papers as the first author with a paper index of 20 or above.
