In response to the needs of scientific research and team development, Professor Xiao Kejiang's team at the School of Artificial Intelligence in Education, Central China Normal University, is now recruiting several postdoctoral fellows. ### Profile of the Cooperating Supervisor

Xiao Kejiang, from Xinyang, Henan Province, is a professor, doctoral supervisor, and part-time Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Bureau of Shiyan City.

In recent years, he has been committed to research in fields such as intelligent perception and fusion computing for the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence + education, with a high-level and interdisciplinary perspective. He has presided over 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 4 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects, and 1 Hubei provincial teaching research project; as a core member, he has participated in 3 national-level projects including major projects of the National Natural Science Foundation. He has presided over more than 20 enterprise cooperation projects related to artificial intelligence application software and big data applications, achieving good management, economic, and social benefits. He has published over 20 SCI/EI papers in important domestic and foreign journals and conferences, which have been cited, positively evaluated, and followed up by scholars from domestic and foreign research institutions. As the first inventor/achiever, he has obtained more than 30 patents/software copyrights, with many results transformed and applied to serve the digital, intelligent, and smart transformation of enterprises and governments. As the first completer, he won the Third Prize of Hubei Provincial Natural Science Award in 2020.

### Main Research Directions

1. Intelligent perception interconnection and IoT systems

2. Multimodal data fusion (multi-source information fusion)

3. Artificial intelligence + education (educational data mining, intelligent education research)

### Basic Qualifications

To meet work needs, we plan to recruit postdoctoral researchers who meet the following criteria:

1. Possess good ideological and political quality, professional ethics, correct teacher ethics, a rigorous scientific attitude, dedication to work, and good health;

2. Have obtained a doctoral degree in related majors such as computer science, automation, communication engineering, artificial intelligence, educational information technology, and information management, and will engage in postdoctoral research full-time at the university (including foreign nationals);

3. Generally under 35 years of age, with a good academic background and strong academic potential;

4. Meet other regulations on postdoctoral management of Central China Normal University.

### Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the team in carrying out research projects, and independently complete the assigned research content and paper writing;

2. Assist in guiding the scientific research work of master's and doctoral students, and provide strong support for related projects;

3. Apply for postdoctoral science funds, National Natural Science Foundation, etc., and participate in the writing of scientific research funds and projects;
