Job Description

I. Job Categories and Application Requirements (1) Dingxin Postdoctoral 1. Aged no more than 32 years old, with a doctoral degree obtained no more than 3 years prior to the first entry into the station. 2. Possess a first-class academic background, have achieved 3 or more high-quality representative research outcomes, and meet the basic requirements for faculty recruitment at the university. (2) Discipline-based Postdoctoral 1. Aged no more than 35 years old, with a doctoral degree obtained no more than 3 years prior to the first entry into the station. 2. Have achieved 2 or more high-quality representative research outcomes, and demonstrate potential to become a key member of the academic team. (3) Project-based Postdoctoral 1. Aged no more than 35 years old, with a doctoral degree obtained no more than 3 years prior to the first entry into the station. 2. Possess the research capabilities required for the relevant scientific research projects. II. Related Benefits (1) Dingxin Postdoctoral The university provides an annual salary of 300,000 yuan, plus supplementary funds from the college (team/supervisor), and other income from various postdoctoral funding programs. (2) Discipline-based Postdoctoral An annual salary of no less than 200,000 yuan (including the university’s salary and supplements from the college (team/supervisor)), plus other income from various postdoctoral funding programs. (3) Project-based Postdoctoral The university provides an annual salary of 100,000 yuan, plus supplementary funds from the college (team/supervisor), and other income from various postdoctoral funding programs. III. Other Policies 1. Postdoctoral researchers who meet the professional performance requirements specified in the university’s regulations for professional title evaluation may apply for senior professional title assessment once during their tenure. 2. The university provides postdoctoral apartments for rent in accordance with relevant regulations and arranges for children to attend the university’s affiliated kindergarten. 3. The university has established special internal research projects for postdoctoral researchers and provides support for applications to funds/talent programs such as the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and the Jiangsu Excellent Postdoctoral Program. 4. Postdoctoral researchers who achieve outstanding research results during their tenure and meet the requirements of their college may participate in the distribution of incentive performance allowances of the college.
