For outstanding candidates with comprehensive conditions and doctoral graduates from universities ranked among the top 100 in the world, the university will directly recommend them to apply for the "Jiangsu Excellent Postdoctoral". After being selected, each person will receive a salary of 300,000 yuan for 2 years. For those who have obtained overseas doctoral degrees and come to the university to engage in postdoctoral research, the university will recommend them to apply for special funding, with overlapping benefits. The university will provide a basic annual salary of no less than 500,000 yuan.
