Job Description
1. Possess good ideological and political qualities and moral character, with the spirit of innovation, truth-seeking, collaboration and dedication, and have both ability and integrity. 2. Under 35 years old, with a doctoral degree from well-known universities or research institutions at home and abroad. 3. Commit to engaging in postdoctoral research work full-time during the station period. Regular Postdoctoral Researchers As the first author, have published at least 1 paper in the excellent journals recognized by the university, or at least 2 papers in the first-class core journals. Faculty Postdoctoral Researchers As the first author, have published at least 3 papers in the excellent journals recognized by the university. Among them, 1 paper published in an international top journal can be regarded as equivalent to 2 papers in excellent journals.
