Recruitment Announcement for Postdoctoral Researchers at the School of Arts, Southeast University

The school recruits full-time postdoctoral researchers (those who establish an exclusive labor and personnel relationship with Southeast University and work full-time at Southeast University).

(1) Position Categories: Zhishan Postdoctoral Fellows, Regular Postdoctoral Fellows

(2) Remuneration: The university provides a supportive base salary that is highly competitive nationwide; cooperative supervisors and their colleges are encouraged to increase supporting allowances; eligible individuals can also enjoy various postdoctoral grants from the state and Jiangsu Province, with the following amounts 发放 (combined):

1. National Funded Postdoctoral Researchers Program:

- Tier A (Boxin Program): 280,000 yuan per person per year;

- Tier B: 180,000 yuan per person per year;

- Tier C: 120,000 yuan per person per year;

- Postdoctoral Research Performance Evaluation and Assessment Funding: 100,000 yuan / 60,000 yuan / 40,000 yuan.

(Funding period: 2 years)

2. Domestic and Foreign Exchange Programs:

- Hong Kong Scholars Program: 360,000 yuan per year;

- Macao Young Scholars Program: 360,000 yuan per year;

- Sino-German Program: 300,000 yuan + 1,500 euros per month.

(Funding period: 2 years)

3. Jiangsu Provincial Excellent Postdoctoral Program:

- Tier A: 250,000 yuan per year;

- Tier B: 150,000 yuan per year;

- Tier C: 100,000 yuan per year.

(3) High-Level Development Support

1. First-class research platforms;

2. Regular postdoctoral fellows with excellent performance in assessments can be converted to Zhishan Postdoctoral Fellows;

3. Outstanding postdoctoral fellows are eligible to participate in the evaluation for senior professional and technical positions at the university;

4. Those who obtain the title of associate researcher or above can be prioritized for admission to the university's full-time faculty.

III. Application Requirements

1. Physically and mentally healthy, with firm ideals and beliefs, good ideological and political quality, and professional ethics;

2. The age of domestic first-station postdoctoral fellows should generally not exceed 32 years old, and exceptionally outstanding ones can be relaxed to 35 years old;

3. Having obtained or about to obtain a doctoral degree, with a good academic background, strong innovative vitality and academic potential, and the ability to carry out independent research;

4. The cooperative supervisor of Zhishan Postdoctoral Fellows should be a well-known expert in the research field with profound academic attainments; in principle, they can provide national-level research platforms for training postdoctoral fellows;
