Job Description
1. Funding quota, salary and benefits, on-site job promotion and outbound career development (1) The number and duration of the subsidy In 2025, no more than 380 places will be granted, and the duration of the subsidy will be two years. (2) Salary standards The university provides postdoctoral researchers with a basic annual salary of 200,000 yuan (before tax), various insurances, occupational annuities, provident funds and housing subsidies, as well as a postdoctoral apartment or rental subsidy of 60,000 yuan/year. According to the applicant's situation, the postdoctoral cooperative supervisor or department can give additional matching subsidies of 30,000 yuan, 60,000 yuan or 90,000 yuan per year. (3) Promotion in the station Those who have two years of postdoctoral research experience (including off-campus postdoctoral fellows) and have achieved excellent scientific research performance can apply for the position of full-time researcher series of distinguished associate researcher or distinguished researcher according to the evaluation procedure of the university, and the salary and benefits have been greatly improved. Application conditions and selection references (1) Doctoral graduates who are not more than 35 years old and have obtained a doctoral degree for no more than three years (subject to the application deadline of each batch); (2) Doctoral students under the age of 35 (only those who have obtained a doctoral degree before July 1, 2026). Among them, fresh doctoral students who will graduate within 2025 can apply for the first batch, and fresh doctoral students who will graduate before July 1, 2026 can apply for the second batch; (3) New incoming postdoctoral fellows who are not more than 35 years old and have obtained a doctorate degree for no more than three years (no more than 6 months from the start date of the contract employment period to the start date of the corresponding batch of applications) or who are about to leave the station (no more than 6 months from the deadline of the contract employment period to the start date of the corresponding batch of applications). Postdoctoral fellows who have already completed the program must apply for the Boya Postdoctoral Program through the application process of the college (department, institute, center) signed in the employment contract. The selection reference mainly covers the applicant's educational background, academic ability, level of personal research plan, the compatibility of the research project with the department to be applied for (or already in the station), the scientific research of the co-supervisor, the recommendation of the recommender, and the confirmation letter from the postdoctoral co-supervisor of Peking University who intends to enter the station or has already entered the station, etc.
