1. Assist and guide the scientific research work of other technicians in the laboratory. 2. Independently or assist in applying for scientific research projects at all levels. 3. Coordinate cooperation with other research institutions and laboratories, and assist the person in charge of the laboratory to complete relevant experimental management.
