Beijing Anding Hospital, affiliated to Capital Medical University, was founded in 1908. It is now a municipal mental health institution and a Class III Grade A specialized hospital, undertaking tasks such as medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, social services and foreign exchanges. By the end of 2020, the hospital had 1,024 employees, including 966 professional and technical personnel and 135 with senior professional titles. The hospital has 800 authorized beds. The new outpatient and ward building and auxiliary facilities were completed and put into use in 2014. The Chinese Mental Health Association and Beijing Mental Health Care Institute are affiliated with the hospital.
