I. Team Introduction The Human-Vehicle Relationship Laboratory at Tongji University, founded by Prof. Ma Jun, focuses on automotive HMI evaluation, intelligent cockpit design, and innovative product models. Equipped with three driving simulation platforms, the lab conducts cutting-edge research in autonomous driving behavior, multimodal interaction, and human factors engineering. Collaborating with institutions like Stanford University and BMW, the team has published high-level papers and established partnerships with CAERI and J.D. Power. Research Group Leader: Prof. Ma Jun (Doctoral Supervisor) brings 15+ years of industry experience (BMW, Audi, Continental) and academic leadership. He holds dual appointments in Automotive Engineering and Design Innovation, directs the XAI LAB, and serves in key roles at SAE China. Published 40+ papers and authored books like Evaluation Methods for Automotive Human-Machine Interaction. II. Job Positions and Requirements Position: Postdoctoral Researcher (1-2 openings) Requirements: - Ph.D. obtained within 3 years; age ≤35. - Priority for candidates with human factors engineering/automotive research experience. - Published in high-impact international journals; full-time commitment. - Strong English communication, teamwork, and independent problem-solving skills. - Ability to lead research teams in academic/industrial settings.
