China-Liberia Country Study Exchange Activity

Since establishing diplomatic ties in 1977, China and Liberia have built a strong, friendly partnership. China is a key trading partner for Liberia, with cooperation foundations in agricultural imports and infrastructure equipment exports. The two countries share cultural affinities in areas such as food, creating common ground for deeper collaboration. While bilateral exchanges have improved significantly, further strengthening is needed. Liberia has urgent needs in agriculture, healthcare, clean energy, and education—sectors that align closely with China’s technological and industrial strengths, pointing to substantial cooperation potential.

b) Share experience on conducting in-depth research on the current status and potential of China-Liberia cooperation in agriculture, international trade, investment potentials, and other business opportunities.

c) Promote precise connections among participating entities and facilitate the initial formulation of cultural exchange projects and trade cooperation intentions.

d) Develop a preliminary framework and a clear roadmap for a multi-dimensional in-depth research on China-Liberia cooperation, providing a direction for future bilateral cooperation.
