Sino-African Enterprises Connect in Hengshui to Explore New Energy and Manufacturing Cooperation Opportunities
About This Activity
Hengshui, May 27th—Beijing Talent Technology Co., Ltd. led a business delegation comprising partners from Kenya, Lesotho, and Liberia to visit five enterprises in Hengshui, Hebei Province, on May 27. Focusing on solar energy, wire mesh manufacturing, nail-making equipment, and other sectors, the delegation explored new opportunities for Sino-African industrial cooperation.
The delegation first arrived at Hebei Jinbiao Co., Ltd, where it inspected sound barriers and solar energy systems. The solar inverter technology drew significant attention, with African representatives noting its critical value in addressing local energy supply issues. At Hebei Jiaoyang Welder Equipment Company, the delegation toured production lines for wire mesh, welding machinery, and wire drawing equipment, and highlighted the potential applications of wire mesh in African infrastructure projects (such as fencing and filtration systems).
The automated production technology for wire drawing machines and nail-making equipment at Hebei Songwei Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. impressed the delegation, with multiple mentions of the equipment's suitability for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Africa. Products from Hebei Mixiang Caster Co., Ltd.—including flatbed carts and industrial casters—and tunnel drainage pipes and railway soundproofing cotton from Hengshui Runda Rubber and Plastic Products Co., Ltd. triggered discussions on cooperation in logistics transportation and infrastructure noise reduction, respectively.
The delegation showed keen interest in technologies that align with Africa's industrialization needs. This 考察 (inspection) has established a direct dialogue platform for Sino-African enterprises, promoted technology transfer and localized production under the Belt and Road Initiative, and injected new impetus into practical cooperation in new energy and manufacturing sectors.
