Faculty postdoctoral researchers who pass the assessment will receive an annual salary of 450,000 yuan. Those with remarkable innovative work will enjoy corresponding benefits from the university, and approved superior subsidies will be issued in addition, with details subject to the contract agreement.

#### III. How to join as a faculty postdoctoral researcher?
##### 1. Recruitment Requirements
(1) Have a firm political stance, uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. Foreign personnel shall abide by China's public order and good customs as well as teachers' professional ethics, adhere to the principle of separating education from religion, ensure that their educational and teaching activities and content conform to China's educational policies and basic teaching requirements, and must not harm China's national sovereignty, security, honor, or public interests. They shall respect the traditions and customs of the Chinese nation and adhere to the "One-China" principle.
(2) Love the cause of Chinese medicine and work in colleges and universities, abide by the Constitution and laws, follow academic ethics and norms, have good moral character, and have no criminal record or academic misconduct record.
(3) Be physically and mentally healthy, with physical and psychological conditions suitable for the job requirements.
(4) Have a doctoral degree and corresponding academic credentials, and obtain corresponding academic qualifications and degrees at all stages of higher education.
(5) The recruited personnel are non-directional employment doctoral graduates and those without personnel (labor) relations.
(6) Have outstanding academic achievements and development potential in their research fields, and possess good teaching ability and potential.
(7) Meet the basic requirements of the faculty postdoctoral position and the relevant requirements of the applied position.
