Beijing Forestry University is now publicly recruiting postdoctoral fellows for the "Boqing Program" in 2024, and sincerely invites outstanding young talents from all walks of life to join the university for scientific research.

### I. Recruitment Positions

The "Boqing Program" postdoctoral positions mainly recruit outstanding young talents in the following disciplines and professional fields: Forestry, Landscape Architecture, Forestry Engineering, Soil and Water Conservation and Desertification Control, Grass Science, Agricultural and Forestry Economics and Management, Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science and Engineering, Urban and Rural Planning, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Psychology, Food Science and Engineering, Mathematics, Marxist Theory, Chemistry, Business Administration, Geography, Agricultural Resources and Environment, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics, Foreign Language and Literature, Law, Philosophy, Design, as well as Ecological Civilization Construction, Ecological Restoration Engineering, Urban and Rural Human Settlements Ecological Environment, Carbon Reduction and Carbon Sequestration Science and Engineering, etc. Interdisciplinary research on cutting-edge topics is encouraged.

Each candidate can only apply for one supervisor team. Resumes submitted via email or other methods will not be accepted. Candidates must fully understand the requirements of the recruiting supervisor team; specific information can be obtained by contacting the staff of the supervisor team.

### IV. Recruitment Process

1. **Resume Screening**

The unit where the supervisor team is located will review and screen resumes to determine the candidates who will enter the assessment stage.

2. **Assessment and Evaluation**

The unit where the supervisor team is located will arrange specific assessment times according to its own situation, and organize centralized evaluation sessions including assessments of academic innovation ability, research plans, target tasks, comprehensive quality, and psychological quality tests, and then report the results to the university.

3. **University Recheck, Review and Approval**

Relevant departments of the university will recheck the authenticity and compliance of the information and performance achievements of the reported candidates, organize expert reviews, select candidates for funding, propose the list of proposed candidates for the "Boqing Program" and suggestions on funding levels, and submit them to the university for approval.

4. **Ideological and Political Assessment, Physical Examination and Public Notice**

The unit where the supervisor team is located will conduct ideological, political and moral assessments on the candidates approved by the university, which mainly include procedures such as letter-based political review, file review, ideological and political interviews (including aspects such as teamwork, honesty and credit, violations of regulations and disciplines, etc.), integrity commitments, and law-abiding inspections; the university will uniformly organize physical examinations, and determine eligibility with reference to the physical examination standards for national civil servant recruitment; the results will be publicly notified throughout the university; if there are no objections, the signing and entry procedures will be carried out.

5. **Signing and Entry**

The proposed recruits will sign a postdoctoral work task agreement with the university and go through the entry procedures in accordance with relevant policies. Those who fail to complete the entry procedures within 3 months will be deemed to have automatically waived their eligibility, and candidates will not be allowed to apply for the "Boqing Program" again within 2 years.

### V. Relevant Notes

1. Candidates must first fill in their personal resumes and then apply for a supervisor team. When filling in the personal resume, candidates must truthfully report their personal information. The acquisition time of various achievements and awards listed in the resume shall be as of the time of submission of the personal resume. Those who do not truthfully report resume information will have their application and entry qualifications canceled once discovered; those who have already started working at the university will have their contracts terminated and will be asked to leave the postdoctoral station.

2. The annual salary for Class A postdoctoral fellows in the "Boqing Program" is no less than 250,000 yuan, and for Class B is no less than 200,000 yuan, co-funded by the university and the cooperating supervisor, with a support period of 2 years.

3. The university provides five social insurance and one housing fund for postdoctoral fellows in the "Boqing Program", as well as various preferential treatments such as priority access to postdoctoral apartments, assistance with children's admission to kindergartens and schools, and preferential retention as faculty members.
