The research teams supported by this center are engaged in research in fields such as micro-nano device processing and manufacturing technology, advanced packaging technology, and advanced testing methods. They preside over more than 20 national-level projects and enterprise horizontal projects, have established school-enterprise joint R&D centers with enterprises, and possess first-class scientific research and experimental conditions relying on the innovation center. Now, in accordance with project needs, we are publicly recruiting several postdoctoral researchers. **Major Requirements**: Having academic backgrounds or work experience in related disciplines such as microelectronics, electronics, materials, and physics, and meeting the basic conditions for applying for postdoctoral positions at Southeast University. **Position 1: Zhishan Postdoctoral Fellow** **Support Measures**: 1. **Remuneration**: The first appointment period is 3 years, with an agreed annual salary of 350,000 yuan during the appointment period (including a housing rental subsidy of 30,000 yuan; those who live in postdoctoral apartments will not enjoy the housing rental subsidy). 2. **Research Start-up Fund**: 100,000 yuan for science, engineering, and medical disciplines; 50,000 yuan for humanities and social sciences. 3. **Career Development Path**: Zhishan Postdoctoral Fellows who perform excellently in the first appointment period assessment and enter the second appointment period can apply for the evaluation of senior professional and technical positions in the university. Those who obtain the title of associate researcher or above through the evaluation of the university's senior professional title evaluation committee and pass the admission review for full-time faculty of the university can obtain the qualification to enter the university's full-time faculty team. 4.
