(1) Position Categories: Zhishan Postdoctoral Fellow, Regular Postdoctoral Fellow The initial appointment period is three years, with an optional renewal period of another three years. Regular postdoctoral fellows who meet the university's relevant requirements after employment can apply to join the Zhishan Postdoctoral Fellow sequence. (2) Support Measures (Funds from all channels are issued in combination): 1. Annual salary: Basic salary (Zhishan Postdoctoral Fellow: 350,000 yuan/year; Regular Postdoctoral Fellow: 180,000 yuan/year) + Cooperative Supervisor Allowance (for Regular Postdoctoral Fellows in humanities and social sciences: at least 10,000 yuan/year). 2. National special funds: National Funded Postdoctoral Researchers Program (Tier B and Tier C). Tier B: 180,000 yuan/person/year; Tier C: 120,000 yuan/person/year. 3. Provincial special funds: Jiangsu Provincial Excellent Postdoctoral Program: 300,000 yuan for two years. 4. Career development channels: Zhishan Postdoctoral Fellows who perform excellently in the first appointment period and enter the second period can apply for evaluation of senior professional and technical positions at the university. Those who obtain the title of associate researcher or above through the evaluation of the university's senior professional title evaluation committee and pass the admission review for full-time faculty can gain qualification to join the university's full-time faculty team. 5.
