Job Description
1. Introduction of the center
Founded in July 2012 and recognized by the Ministry of Education in October 2014, the China Collaborative Innovation Center for Basic Education Quality Monitoring is the only national collaborative innovation center in the field of education and psychology in China. At present, the center has become a national authoritative institution for basic education quality monitoring, a training base for high-level evaluation talents, and a national basic education quality decision-making support platform. Since its establishment, the center has continued to undertake the national compulsory education quality monitoring work, led the development of a series of education quality evaluation guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education, developed national monitoring standards and tools in nine disciplines, and more than 10 sets of intelligent evaluation systems and platforms, helped build the "four beams and eight pillars" of China's basic education evaluation, and monitored thousands of schools and hunPostdoceds of thousands of students in thousands of counties across the country every year, developed more than 1,000 monitoring reports of various types, and supported the country to establish a basic education quality monitoring system with Chinese characteristics and international comparability. It has played an important supporting role in promoting the high-quality development of basic education.
Focusing on the monitoring and evaluation of education quality, the center has set up four characteristic professional directions under the two double first-class A+ first-level disciplines of education and psychology, and has recruited master's and doctoral students since 2015. In the past ten years, the center has achieved remarkable results in talent training, discipline construction, and international exchanges.

3. Postdoctoral recruitment categories
(1)Liyun Postdoctoral Fellow: A high-end postdoctoral program focused on the Beijing Campus of our university, recruiting outstanding doctoral graduates with good ideological character and top-notch scientific research and innovation capabilities. Funding is funded by the school.
(2)Category A postdoctoral fellows: those who meet the evaluation requirements of the center's postdoctoral selection index and promise to meet the center's outbound assessment requirements. The salary and welfare expenses of Class A postdoctoral fellows during their stay at the station shall be jointly borne by the university and the center. Among them, the center will bear some of the responsibilities, and the center will negotiate with the cooperative mentor according to the specific position.
(3)Class B postdoctoral fellows: need to meet the basic requirements of the state on the selection of postdoctoral fellows, and the salary and welfare expenses of Class B postdoctoral fellows during their stay in the station will be borne by the center and the cooperative supervisor through negotiation according to the specific position.
4.the basic requirements of the position
(1)Obtain a doctorate degree from a well-known university or scientific research institution at home and abroad. Among them, the recruitment conditions of Liyun postdoctoral fellows refer to the relevant requirements of postdoctoral fellows in national projects such as the "Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program" of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee, and the scientific research achievements are rich and have good scientific research and innovation potential.
(2)Have a firm political position, be physically and mentally healthy, under the age of 35, have obtained a doctorate degree for no more than three years, and must work full-time at Beijing Normal University after entering the university.
(3)Have strong innovative research ability, and have a high level of scientific research achievements in related research fields in the past five years.
(4)Have relevant disciplinary background and scientific research experience consistent with the recruitment direction, and have a solid theoretical, academic and research foundation; Down-to-earth and hardworking, clear thinking, strong writing skills; Have a good sense of teamwork and the ability to work independently.
5. Job responsibilities
(5)1. After being hired, work full-time in the center, be regarded as a regular staff of the center, and undertake the research work and tasks assigned by the center.
(6)2. Independently or collaboratively complete research results with high quality and related to the central task, and form a certain academic and practical influence, social influence or policy influence.
(7)3. Meet the requirements of Beijing Normal University for postdoctoral outbound evaluation.
6. Selection methods and procedures
Open recruitment at home and abroad, through individual application, qualification review, interview, physical examination, approval and publicity of the school's personnel department, etc., the list of hires will be determined on the basis of merit.
7. Remuneration
(8)1. The annual salary of Li Yun postdoctoral fellow is 300,000 yuan (before tax). The university provides a rental subsidy of 50,000 yuan/year for Liyun postdoctoral fellows, and can rent postdoctoral apartments according to the availability of housing. During the normal period of station, they can apply for enrollment (kindergarten) for their eligible chilPostdocen.
(9)2. The salary standard for Class A postdoctoral fellows is from an annual salary of 200,000 yuan (before tax).
(10)3. The salary standard of Class B postdoctoral fellows shall be determined by the postdoctoral fellows themselves through consultation with the cooperative supervisor and the center, and shall be reported to the university for the record.
(11)4. The annual salary of those selected for the "Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program" (National Funding Class A) and the "International Talent Project" of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee will be increased to 500,000 yuan (before tax). The candidates of the "Hong Kong Scholars Program", "Macao Young Scholars Program" and "Sino-German Postdoctoral Exchange Program" will be funded by the national special postdoctoral fund, and will be rewarded according to the type of selected project and relevant policies. The annual salary of postdoctoral fellows in Beijing Campus will be increased to 350,000 yuan for those selected for state-funded B, and the annual salary of postdoctoral fellows in Beijing Campus will be increased to 250,000 yuan for those selected for state-funded C grade. If a postdoctoral fellow is selected into various national postdoctoral talent projects, the salary of the original postdoctoral fellow shall be paid according to the higher standard.
