Postdoctoral fellows are an important part of young scientific and technological talents, and an important channel for the school to cultivate and select outstanding young talents and reserve teachers. In order to further implement the strategy of strengthening the school with talents, and build a high-level postdoctoral team around the discipline development plan and the needs of key areas, we are now looking for young talents at home and abroad to work together to build the future!

一．Position description

1. The postdoctoral associate researcher position is selected for outstanding doctoral graduates both at home and abroad, and the salary package (including local part) during the initial employment period is 310,000 - 350,000 yuan/year (before tax), and the university provides 100,000 yuan of scientific research start-up funds.

2. The Chunyan Talent Program selects outstanding doctoral students from both at home and abroad as reserve teachers of the school. The selected candidates will be hired as postdoctoral associate researchers after graduation.

3. Postdoctoral assistant researcher position; recruiting doctors with good scientific research and innovation ability and development potential. The salary and package (including local part) during the initial employment period is 210,000 - 250,000 yuan/year (before tax).

If the selected candidates for the above positions are approved by the state-funded postdoctoral researcher program (including the postdoctoral innovative talent support plan) and the national postdoctoral introduction and dispatch projects, the corresponding remuneration will be implemented, and the maximum salary during the funding period can reach 500,000 yuan/year; Those who are particularly outstanding can be hired as "Shenzhou Scholars", "Sailing Scholars" and other teaching positions in the school.

二. Cultivation support

1. The university vigorously introduces doctors from home and abroad to work in the school, and actively encourages postdoctoral fellows to engage in postdoctoral research under first-class cooperative supervisors abroad.

2. The school has a high-level mentorship team and scientific research platform, and supports the application of various postdoctoral talent plans and fund projects.

3. The school has a smooth postdoctoral development channel, and the first employment period can be renewed after 2 years of assessment approval. During the station, you can apply for the position of teacher according to the requirements of the school, and the corresponding post treatment will be implemented after being hired.

4. The university pays the insurance and provident fund of public institutions for the postdoctoral fellows. It also provides the same high-quality resources for the faculty and staff in terms of children's nursery schooling, etc., .The postdoctoral fellows can also apply for renting turnover housing or purchasing staff housing according to the relevant policies of the university.

三．Application conditions

Applicants should;

1. Abide by the law and discipline, have good political quality and moral cultivation; Be physically and mentally healthy, and meet the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and our school.

2. Have a good academic background and strong development potential, and have achieved outstanding research results.

3. Meet the relevant requirements of the state on postdoctoral recruitment, and engage in postdoctoral research full-time.

4. Other requirements

(1) Applicants for postdoctoral associate researchers:

• Should generally not be more than 32 years old (born after January 1, 1992);
• The candidates must be full-time PhDs within 3 years of obtaining a Ph.D., or doctoral students who will graduate in the spring semester of 2024.
• Regular postdoctoral fellows/assistant researchers who have entered the station must be stationed at the station for no more than 1 year.

(2) Applicants for the Chunyan Program:

• in principle, the age should not exceed 30 years old (born after January 1, 1994);
• Doctoral students who will graduate after the spring semester of 2024 must have been enrolled for 2 years but not more than 5 years (for master's and doctoral students, they will be counted from the time they are transferred to doctoral students, and the first year of direct doctoral students can be counted according to the master's study stage).

(3) Applicants for postdoctoral assistant researchers:

• Should be no more than 35 years old; no more than 3 years after obtaining a doctorate.

四．the selection and recruitment procedures

(一) Postdoctoral Associate Researcher/Spring Goose Talent Program

1. Individual declaration: The applicant will prepare the application material (attachments) as required and submit them to the contact person of each teaching and research unit.

Deadline for submission of materials: June 16, 2024

2. Unit review and recommendation: Each teaching and scientific research unit reviews the application materials, reviews and recommends the postdoctoral associate researcher applicants/identifies and checks the applicants of the Chunyan Talent Program, and submits them to the Postdoctoral Management Office of the Personnel Department.

Deadline for unit recommendation: June 21, 2024

3. School selection: The school will organize expert reviews and select the best candidates.

(二) Postdoctoral assistant researcher

Each teaching and scientific research unit will independently determine the candidates, recruit them all year round, and they will then go through the entry approval and employment procedures at any time.

五．Other matters

1. All application materials shall not involve confidential information, and shall be properly declassified in accordance with relevant regulations.

2. Those who have applied for postdoctoral associate researchers and assistant professors shall not apply repeatedly; Postdoctoral associate researcher applicants can ensure that they can go through the registration procedures within 6 months after being selected.

3. Personnel who have applied for the Chunyan Talent Program are not allowed to apply consecutively in the adjacent batches of the plan in principle.

4. If the winner of the outstanding doctoral dissertation of our university stays in the university to engage in postdoctoral research, he or she will be hired as a postdoctoral associate researcher.
